Wenli Wang, PhD is a University (=Distinguished) Professor of Computer and Information Systems at Robert Morris University. She researches in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, system science, management science, and game theory. She has 34 journal, 49 conference, and 5 book chapter publications. She has published in Journal of Economic Theory, Decision Support Systems, and IEEE Computer, etc. She was an Associated Editor for International Journal of Patient-Centered Healthcare 2019-2025 and has served on Editorial Review Board for Journal of Database Management since 2004 and Journal of Computer Information System since 2024. Dr. Wang holds a PhD in Management Science and Information Systems from University of Texas at Austin in 2000, and a BSc in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications in 1994. She has three Nvidia Professional Certificates in Agentic AI, Gen AI LLMs, and Accelerated Data Science, one Nvidia Associate Certificate in AI Infrastructure and Operations, and 35 Nvidia course certificates. She has held academic posts at Emory University, University of Nevada at Las Vegas, and Trident University International. She has 22 years of doctoral education experience; many of her doctoral graduates are academicians at universities and executives/senior managers in the U.S. federal government.
